Kerri is passionate about developing clear, effective standard operating procedures that help companies run efficiently and remain in compliance. Beyond her professional roles, she is deeply committed to supporting veterans and military families through mentorship, career coaching, and transition assistance.

Strategic HR and Talent Acquisition professional with 11 years of progressive experience in the government contracting industry, specializing in full-cycle recruiting, HR operations, and compliance-driven process development. Skilled at integrating HR lifecycle processes with IT and security controls to support NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, and DoD cybersecurity requirements. A proven leader in building compliant, audit-ready HR infrastructures with a strong track record of implementing ATS platforms, developing HR and IT standard operating procedures, and supporting organization-wide governance initiatives. Highly proficient in Deltek/GCS, Costpoint, UKG, ADP, and modern ATS systems. Known for integrity, professionalism, and deep expertise supporting technical and cleared roles in regulated environments.

With over 30 years of experience in medical coding, Shelly brings a deep, field-tested understanding of healthcare operations and federal contracting. Her career began as an outpatient medical coder at the Cleveland VA, and since then she has supported more than 50 healthcare facilities across multiple Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) nationwide. She progressed from coder to site lead, project manager, and now serves as Vice President of Medical Coding at Bellatrix-HRM. Shelly oversees all active contracts from initiation through execution, serves as the primary point of contact for clients, and personally leads each onboarding process. Throughout her career she has managed more than 140 coders and led teams of up to 10 site leads, consistently achieving low turnover rates and high-quality contract performance.

With over 40 years of experience in the medical field, Cheryl brings unmatched expertise and a deep commitment to excellence in healthcare. For more than two decades she has worked on federal contracts with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across medical coding, documentation, and healthcare operations. At Bellatrix-HRM she manages information flow, facilitates project execution, and supports medical coding initiatives across multiple government contracts.
