Chief Executive Officer
Laurie Chapman is the CEO of Bellatrix-HRM and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional with over 25 years of experience in government contracting. Her expertise spans Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Medical Administrative Services.
Laurie is known for her leadership rooted in respect, innovation, and clear communication—values that empower teams and deliver results. She has held executive roles including VP of Operations at a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Director of Government Services at a national PEO, and CEO of a government contracting firm. She also founded a successful staffing company serving over 300 clients nationwide.
A Huntsville, AL native, Laurie has worked closely with organizations like AMRDEC, NASA, and MDA to bring top talent to the Redstone Arsenal community. She holds a Business Administration degree and FCME certification from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
With strong military ties, Laurie is passionate about supporting service members and helping clients achieve mission success through efficient, compliant, and cost-effective workforce solutions.
